I Ate A Lot of Oatmeal in February 2018...


In an effort to combat my expanding belly and cutting down on carbo intact (gawds but I love bread in the mornings), I turned to oatmeal - which I had not particularly liked before, but had my palate convinced when I started sprinkling cereal in, which provided me with a crunch previously missing from the mushy oatmeal "meant for sick folks", but now along with a dash of cocoa-powder? ... Looked like I might have over-oat'd myself in February tho... *burp*
